Worship Services
Whether you've been in church your whole life, or you've never been before and have questions about who God is, we would love to have you join us. We are currently meeting at "North Elm Collective" in Troy, right across from Treasure Island Park at 9:30am on Sunday. Our services are about 1 hour and 15 minutes to 30 minutes long.
What's a service like?
In a worship service, we pray, sing Psalms and Hymns, hear a sermon based on the Bible, and have the preached word sealed to us in Communion. We desire that everything we do in our worship service point us to God's promises and how Jesus is their fulfillment.
We believe that God's promises are for His people in every age and so our worship includes songs from all points in the church's history. Today, when we gather to worship, we are adding our "Amen" to over a millenia of God's faithfulness.

Following the service we stay and talk, encouraging each other in our friendship and faith. Visitors are certainly welcome to join us and someone might even invite you over for lunch.

Explaining our Order of Worship
Corporate worship is a dialogue between God and His people. God promises us grace in Christ and then we respond to that grace with grateful praise and thankful lives.

Confession of Faith: We confess our faith in God using a “pattern of sound words,” which may be Scripture or a Creed. II Tim. 1:13, 2:11-13, Phil. 2:5-11

Songs of Praise: We respond to God’s goodness by singing Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs to Christ. Eph. 5:19, Col. 3:16, Ps. 95:2

God’s Will for Our Lives: God’s moral law functions in two ways in our service. First, it shows us our need for a Savior. Second, as God’s redeemed people, the law shows us how we are to live thankful lives for the free gift of salvation. Ex. 20, Dt. 5, Mt. 22:37-40
